Bristlenose Pleco Female?

Is this a female? There are some "bristle" on the lip part but none on the head? Also if anyone has an experience breeding these fish info would be much appreciated!!

If the fish is around 4" it most likely is a female. Bigger bristles than usual for one, but a male's would be longer and branched with a row up the middle of the snout as well.
Breeding depends on the species, but common BN are easy and asaptable. Just provide a suitable cave for the male and feed them a good diet.
