Bristlenose Pleco - Newly Developed Spots?

Hello everyone, I have a bristlenose pleco who has recently (last 24 hours) developed two new spots towards his tail. They are larger than the rest of the spots on his body and I dont think the picture illustrates the difference in color. But the spots are definitely lighter in color than the rest of his spots on his body. I was unsure of what this could be or maybe that it as just a normal pattern that has now arrived. Hopefully someone can spot the two spots on the picture and give me a little insight, but for reference, they are the two spots towards the tail and towards the top of his body.

(just fed the fish so if it looks a little crazy or nasty in there thats why lol)

How old is he, what are your water parameters, and how long have you had him?
