Bristleworm? Beneficial or harmful to reef tank?

Is this a bristleworm? The beneficial or harmful type? There are quite a few of them and they only come out from inside the rocks during feedings. Any help with identification is greatly appreciated!

Beneficial member of the clean up crew. If they get huge, points out your overfeeding. Only harmful to your skin.
