Yes they do, like I said its up to you which way you want to go.

Your going to need N,P,K(Macros):
Nitrogen/(Nitrate)(N)http://www.seachem.com/products/product_pages/FlourishNitrogen.html
Phosphate(P)http://www.seachem.com/products/product_pages/FlourishPhosphorus.html
Potassium(K)http://www.seachem.com/products/product_pages/FlourishPotassium.html

Then you prob should get Seachem "Trace". This is just like "CSM+B" except it has no Iron, so you would need that also.

The root tabs, basically just use them under heavy root feeding plants(leave the ones you have in there for now), just in the future just put them under swords/crypts, ect.. Not the fast growing stem plants. But if you get these ferts then you wont(shouldn't) really need them.

The root tabs are basically like the "trace" + Iron, but like I said just use sparingly under root feeders, then dose "trace" and Iron to give it to all the plants(or CSM+B).

The dry ferts are just cheaper for much more. Then you can mix it w/ distilled water to make liquid ferts just like seachem.

You are basically going to need all of these, but since your light levels are low you wont need a large amount. Nitrate/Nitrogen will get used the fastest and Phosphate will go the slowest

in the mean time I would only do 6-7hrs of lighting. Or leave the lights off for 1 day then resume 6-7hrs a day. till your get some ferts. Otherwise your just going to grow more algae.

Also check the nitrates on your other tanks, if they are 10 or lower, deff cut the lighting down also till you get the ferts or you will have algae in there also. Some the shrimp/fish will eat so dont feed them much either, but other types of algae nothing will eat.
