Browning anubias

I just got home after 2 days of work and I checked my anubias and they don't look good. Some of the leaves have brown spots and starting to curl. Is it a deficiency or something. Need help!
 
I think it needs to grow on a driftwood. Thats what mine is. Im still learning too. Gooluck

They said that as long as the rhizomes are sticking out that it's ok to plant then on the substrate.
 
In that case i would try some liquid ferts first. Potassium maybe? You do have light for plants right.

I have seachem NPK, flourish, iron, root tabs, excel. Lights 6x65w but I only use 4. 2-6700K and 2-10000K
