Bubble in Hammer Coral

All,

I noticed that my hammer coral has a bubble forming in the center. From what I can see, there is a single pin hole. Has anyone experienced something of this sort?

They do that once in awhile. It'll return to normal. I freaked out hte first time mine did it too. Not really sure what causes it.

Probably find it will open up more afterwards. I Bought a torch with 5 heads and 4 died. The little one that survived started bubbling like that then soon after doubled in size now its almost the size of my hand by mid day.
