Safe to have a bubble tip anemone in a reef tank with zoas, mushrooms, leathers, polyps and candy cane coral?

I have 2 BTAs in my reef tank. Didn't you just set your tank up recently though? If so, you should wait a min of 6 months before adding one to make sure there aren't any swift changes or parameter swings that would cause the death of the bta and later polluting of your tank. Usually by the time we notice the demise it is already too late most of the time.

You really need MH or good LED to keep one thriving. My 3 are 6-9 inches directly under a 2x250 MH, and have been thriving for 5-6 years. Also keep in mind if they are unhappy with your lighting, they will detach and free float and possibly getting sucked into a power head.
