I just got a new t5, 2bulb light fixture. There is bubble wrap in between the bulbs and I was wondering if i needed to take it out. If I do need to take it out, I have no idea how. I already unscrewed one side of the fixture trying to see if that was the way to take it out and it wasnt. So can I leave the bubble wrap in or do i need to take it out? Thanks and here is the fixture I bought:

Can you post a picture of your light strip? I'm pretty sure that you will need to remove it but Im not sure I know what your describing so a picture would help.

Those lights run HOT so they would probably melt any plastic if it's close to touching them.

Yes, you need to remove the plastic. It's only there to help the bulbs and whatnot survive shipping.

Sorry, I dont have anything to take a picture with, and do you know how I would be able to take it out, maybe unscrew both sides?
