Bugs?

Well I wouldn't say bugs, but there are little things crawling around all over my glass, when my snail come by the scatter off. I'm new to the saltwater tanks so idk what they are, are they good or bad?? Thanks!!

Good things, copepods or anthropods. They are all part of your micro cuc. These are what are also refered to as "pods" and are food for fish and uncertain. They can also be a bellweather of over feeding in established tanks.
