Bulb plant question

I have a nice Barclaya that I moved from one tank to another. In the process the bulb separated from the stem..i replanted with bulb as close to.roots as possible. Will this plant survive? I'm not all.that well versed in bulb plants.

Same thing happened to me. From the bulb will grow out a new plant.
