Bully GBR

Ok, I actually have 2 bully rams but I put the most dominant one in time out. The lfs only had a 6.5x5 breeder net. I have caught the bully and placed him/her in the net. My question is, how long should I keep the bully in this size net? (BTW: I did completely rearrange my tank tonight since I already needed to do a cleaning.) Should I wait til morning? Or give it a couple of days. I have one ram that the other three seem to really pick on and I feel bad for it.
I do not have another tank that I can move the one that gets picked on. I also noticed that the poor thing is losing its brighter colors. What could be the cause? The other 3 are fine.
My test results have been normal. 0 ammo, 0 trites, 20-30 trates, 7.4-7.6 PH

With 4 in a 40 they might not ever get along. Especially when you get a pair. I don't know too much more than that about them so I can't help out any more. You may need to rehome the bully.
