As Hholly said the warmer water will make your fish much more active so no worries there. And i was curiouse did you decide to go with the salt treatment? I have a 55fw that got ich a while back with a pleco in it so i added 2 tbs over 24 hours to the tank and increased the heat. Ich was gone in two weeks or so. (I also have 3 kouhli loaches in that tank who are even more salt sensitive and there just fine).
