Bump on Black Moor Goldfish ?

I Have 3 Goldfish in a 40 g tank, one being a Black Moor. Ive noticed a large "Bump or Wart" looking thing only on one side by his gills. Eating & Swimming fine. All other fish are fine except Comet goldfish losing a few scales in isolated areas.
