Bushynose pleco

I noticed a couple of days ago that my pleco had some yellow spots on him, not like his normal color spots but like bumps. They have gone away but i was just curious if it was a disease or anything to be concerned with.

He seems healthy, bumps only stayed on for a day or two, just concerned for him
