I'm offered to buy an Albino turtle for 45 dollars.
What do you guys think?
Is it a waste of cash, and they're like other regular aquatic turtles? Or is it a good deal for being rare and with special features?

Really it come down to personal opinion. Personally I never buy anything albino - albinoism is a genetic recessive disease, and organisms with albinoism are inherently weaker and have poorer health than a normal organism (this is why nature selects against them and they are rare). Some people however like the look of them and they typically do ok in a well maintained captive situation where everything is provided.

It depends. If its a Red Eared Slider make sure you have room for a LARGE messy turtle. Females can get a foot long.

I too avoid Albinos for similar reasons.
Research their care. Apologies if you know all this.

I've dealt with a lot of RES with shell rot and Upper Resp infections from poor care.
