Depending on the size of tank I would recommend a two-part system to balance Ca and Alk. Otherwise, Kent's Turbo Calcium will help beneficial corralines grow. Just make sure you test your system.
i do the pwc every 2 weeks... i was just thinkin maybe in addition to add more color to the live rock.. but if u do not suggest it then i will not put.. i thought i can just add some sort of chemical that wont hurt any fish or coral just affect the color of the rockk
What type salt are you using? I have found IME that Oceanic keeps my calcium at about 400-420 just by doing weekly PWC`s. Here is a link as to what your testing should read
