Can African Dwarf Frogs live peacefully with my 3 month old guppy fry?

They MIGHT eat them. ADF arent agressive at all, but if its small enough they may try to snatch one up. You could try to scoop out the frog and a fry and put them in a smaller container with some tank water and see what happens. Then you will only lose 1 fry if the frog does eat it.

The fry are three months old and are very strong swimmers unlike the frogs
