Looks like empty casing from a feather duster to me. In the next few days i would check to see if it changes sizes or shape. If not i would just remove it

Correction 54 is right. I just showed the pic to my fish guy. You got your self a squirter lol

Looks like algae with an air bubble stuck at top, if it is a squirt, looks way different than one's I've found.

It might be the same as what I've got here, for some reason it only grows in one spot in my tank.
