what are these mysterious "kudos" points?? what do they mean? how does one get them? and why? i'm so confused! 
can anyone tell me what "kudos" are?

I was curious about the kudos at first too. Now I know the kudos, but what does a ranking of "moved on" mean?
Moved on means the member didnt know how to abide by the simple rules and regulations that everyone agrees to when they join. Baiscly its a polite way of saying they are Banned from posting here.
