Can ghost shrimp be shiped?

I was wondering where i can get ghost shrimp and or can they be shiped? And how much would it cost o.o

You can find them in most lfs...my Petsmart has them. They so cheap...my lfs sells them 4/$1...Petsmart sells them a tad more like 35 cents each...so it's not worth the shipping cost.

Don't get them at petsmart! I got some there and they all (8) died in a week.
