Can i get some advice on additives?

Im sick of my fish dying on me. im sick of not being prepared. i just lost another fish. ive been living a lie. i need some advice. can some people PM me some safe meds, additives, homemade disease treatment, etc. also, what should i use for new fish?

Also, are you changing your filter media, rinsing it in tap water, or cleaning it in tank water?

Using dechlorinator with every water change and doing them frequently?

What kind of stocking level do you have in what size tank?

Exactly what happens when your fish die?

Those might be better things to look at. I use very few medications, and when a fish gets quite sick most don't work.
