Can my lights support growing plants?

I have a 10 gallon aquarium, separated in half (this is to keep my two growing dwarf gourami from fighting. This is a recent happening, I plan on getting a new tank for one of the gourami.) My substrate is pretty thick gravel, I was thinking of changing to something else soon.

I have one of the Marineland LED lighting systems and I was wondering if this would be enough to allow for growing plants.

That light won't really be good for anything more than anubias and most mosses.
