Can someone please help identify what this could possibly be? I just found some sort of leg/tentacle sticking out of an empty snail shell

Any ideas??

Do they have more then one tentacle? Bc I can clearly see atleast two

They aren't dangerous, don't worry about them. Just don't touch one, those "bristles" you see along the side of them are tiny spikes!

Oh ****! I just googled them and that looks what I have from what I can see, thanks lol..I've never seen it before..do they normally come out when the lights are out?

Yeah they're nocturnal lol. Pretty cool to see them for the first time ahaha. If your tank is new, you're going to start seeing a bunch of little "hitchhikers", from feather dusters, to slugs, to starfish, coral (if you're lucky!) and just a bunch of other little things that are beneficial or bad for you tank!

fun part about saltwater you just keep finding new things
and the best way is with a flashlight and a red balloon in the dark
