Yes, you can breed goldfish but from the looks of your pics, yours is too small to even consider it for a quite a while. They also require larger tanks and cold water periods to prepare for spawning.

I don't have the permission to build or use our old pond so I can't do that and in my aquarium I don't use any heating elements and my room is normally the coolest in the house but I have yet to buy a smaller tank for my two turtles bi cause they eat the tails of the smaller fishies
