I would never do flake food as my main feed, but I recommend it if It is color adding flake food, cause in my opinion flakes give the best color and for some reason my fish won't come to the top for anything but flakes, so they must like it.The spirulina would feed both types? And I could do a flake food?

I read the label to my NLS cichlid formula last night. It contains antarctic krill, not atlantic krill. My bad.
So should I not feed them the nls then?
No its fine, krill is a shrimp and krill is krill no matter where its caught.
