Can't upload pics

I'm trying to upload a picture and I keep getting this message:

Warning: imagecreatefromjpeg(): '/home/aquarium/public_html/photopost/uploads/6079/sump21.jpg' is not a valid JPEG file in /home/aquarium/public_html/photopost/image-inc.php on line 81

Unable to create image [/home/aquarium/public_html/photopost/uploads/6079/sump21.jpg].Please contact system administrator.

The picture isn't called "sump21.jpg," so I don't know what that's about. I went back to the original image and resaved a small version, and that didn't help. Any ideas? Thanks!

It appears that on Nov 6th you attempted to upload a file named sump21.jpg. This file was not properly uploaded and therfor got 'stuck' in your upload folder. Any subsequent uploads will fail. Thats why the file you uploaded today (stand_and_tank.jpg) did not work.

Both files have been removed so you can try to upload the stand_and_tank.jpg file again.
