Chemi-pure is good stuff. It should be replaced once a month. Also, when you rinse it before you place it in your tank, make sure you use RO/DI water instead of tap. When you rinse it with tap water it will absorb all of the impurities in the tap water and decrease the life of the Chemi-pure.
