Chocolate Chip Starfish and Bird Wrasse

Does anyone know if a chocolate chip starfish and bird wrasse can live together safely? Is my LR o.k. as well?

A wide variety of mobile inverts would be at risk but a choc. chip star would be fine. The main concern with these guys is crustacean and worms for the most part. Be absolutely sure you have a good sized aquarium as well. Bird wrasses are increadibley active and skiddish. A tank too small for their needs would end up in it's loss.
