Cichlid diet

I'm feeding nls sinking pellets and new era sinking pellets. New era may not be known in the US. It's a soft sinking pellet.

I also feed blood worm occasionally.

What else do I need to feed? Do I need any more vitamins or do the nls provide these? It's a firemouth tank.

Firemouth's are omnivorous you can vary their diet, NLS is a great start, one of the best foods on the market
