Cleaner Shrimp Dying

I bought 2 Cleaner Shrimp 2 weeks ago. Both were drip acclimated for over 3 hours. Both were eating and seemed healthy. Today 1 of them is just sitting on the bottom of the tank and is not moving much at all. I am not sure if there is anything I can do. Please help.
