So as I've mentioned before I bought a used tank - and this thing is covered with dry water lines along it. I'm trying to clean with hot water and vinegar; but its just not working. Tell me there is an easier way? Perhaps a cleaner form the pet store? (Please :-?)

i used that polyfil stuff for filter filler and it works GREAT at scrubbing the glass and since i know there's no chemicals in it...

Some people use muriatic acid. I have never had a tanks so bad I couldn't use just vinegar on it. I don't know how toxic muriatic acid is.

I've taken several levels of scrub brushes to this tank and vinegar and water definitley isn't working :( I guess I'll pop by the fish store tomorrow and see what they have.
