I keep red cherry shrimp in my 13gallon and I'm wondering if I should still be siphoning the gravel? And any other cleaning advice, it's my first time keeping shrimp.

If it's a shrimp only tank. Put a glass dish in there. Place their food in the dish and you'll never have to gravel vac again. They really don't poop too much to worry about

Aah I should have mentioned there's a few neon tetra in there with them and mostly feed flakes
I use a 250G/H pump attached to a hose. I put a foam filter where the water enters the pump so that shrimp don't get sucked in. Check out my pump in my blog if you are interested. I use the same pump for my QT tanks.
