Cleaning tank and water changes

I have a very empty 20 gallon so I am planning on grabbing some live and fake plants this afternoon to try to fill in the space and keep my little neons safer.

How do you all go about cleaning a tank with lots of stuff in it? For vacuuming gravel, etc.? Just work around it all or do you remove decor for water changes?

Hi I'm not sure what other people here on this site does.
Once a week i vacume what I see. For me once a month I take out the decorations and my fake plants. And vacume underneath. Or sometimes I just move it to off to the side and again vacume and place it back. I like to rearrange things in the tank. for me it helps with territory issues. I don't have any live plants so I'm not sure what the best way for them. Sorry hope I helped some.

One week I'll vacuum the gravel around the rocks and plants.The next week I'll take the stuff out and vacuum really good.
