What do I use to disinfect after a horrible fungal outbreak? Just hot water?

Regular temperature water is fine. Just go crazy on the Chlorox. You want a 10% solution of "standard" (around 5% chlorine) bleach. Let it run overnight. Then, rinse well and recycle.
