Aquarium Advice Apprentice
Hi everyone!
I have a 55L pond with 8 goldfish in, which after i bought this realised it is not large enough, so i went out a week later and bought a 750L pond, which is approx 160 gallons i believe. I am waiting for this to be dug in the ground so am still using my 55L at present. My goldfish are only young and small at the moment.
Yesterday i went out to the pond to feed to discover that the pond was cloudy. I then did an approx 20% water change. It didnt look as cloudy then, but still a bit.
This has happened before, especially when it rains, so i have previously scooped all my fish out, drained the pond and refilled, which gets rid of the cloudiness, but only for a short while, is there not a way to stop it altogether? I don't mind filling a 55L pond up regularly but it will cost me a fortune to have to keep refilling my 750L.
Many thanks
