Lots of water changes. Was your tank cycled? You need to tell us a lot more. What are your water parameters? How long has this tank been set up and what do you have in it. How large is the tank? What filter do you have running and have you added anything chemical to it?

I do 25% water changes weekly

A month.. I suspect it's not cycled.

But do tell us what are your water parameters..
What level of ammonia, nitrite and nitrate your test come out?

If it is a new tank I wouldn't do anything. It goes away on it's own. Water changes can speed that up. If it is an old tank then clean the filters and vacuum the gravel. You are probably feeding too much if it's an old tank.
