Clown fish digging

My yellowstripe maroon clown fish keeps digging up the sand and pushing it all to the sides. Is this normal and would an anemone help stop this?

my maroons dig too it's normal I used to fill it back in but now I just leave it be mine won't touch a nem they rather host my hammers and torch
