Hi,

I'm thinking of getting some clown loaches.

Just wondering if they can go in with them below.

I already have in the tank-
1 x Plec 8 inches long
1 x Albino Red fin shark fully grown
1 x Cory Dorus fully grown 2 maybe 3 inches long
2 x Silver sharks 6 & 8 inches long (my friend might be taking them off me)

I have had them for about 5 and a half years now.

Currently they are all very happy.

Albino red fin quite often will lay right next to the Plec and share a hiding spot.

Cory got his/her little hiding spot too where the others are too big to use.

I have a 4 foot Clearseal tank. 48" x 12" x 15"

Is the tank big enough to hold them all?

I know Silver sharks and plec will grow more but is there enough bottom space for them all?

Will clown loaches be ok with other bottom feeders I already have in the tank?

I'm afraid to say that your tank will be too small for some of the fish you already have. Clown loaches are slow growers, but they get quite large and need a larger tank to have a chance to reach their potential. I'd suggest google searching the maximum size of each of your fish and going from there with stocking ideas / plans.

Ok, so the tank is too small.

Which tank mates will get on well with Clown loaches given there's enough tank space?

Thanks
