Clownfish Fighting

One of my clownfish (the larger one) is nipping at the smaller one. He has a chunk missing from his fin. Why would she do that? What can I do?

They're fighting to see who will become the dominant female. You might have added 2 female clowns together which will result in fighting to the death.
