Co2 Cylinder Refills

Before I go make myself out to be a jerk down at Ferguson, has anyone ever gotten a 5lb cylinder refilled that had less than 1000lbs after the refill? I dont weigh the cylinders but each time Ive refilled It came out to about 1000lbs in it. This one sits at about 800-750.

Has it been filled long? I'm assuming since you are posting now that its probably been filled for atleast a few hours. Mine sometimes start out lower than 1000lbs, then gradually creep up and get to 1000. I think they are temperature sensitive.

Perhaps, I had it in my truck for a couple hours outside of bass pro earlier and its about 40 degrees here. Ill keep an eye on it, thanks.
