co2 diffuser question urgent

Why not just use an airstone as an airstone? It would probably work though.

if you want your tank full of tiny bubbles that aren't going to do much for you.. sure

I doubt it'll do much. Bubblers don't provide oxygen anyways... they provide gas exchange just like your filter does when it breaks the surface. The fact that you'll have tiny bubbles rather than big bubbles that break the surface will minimize the gas exchange dramatically IMO
