Conditioner with RO?

Recently I bought a 3 stage RO filter and started using it. I tested the water and found nitrites and nitrates at zero but ammonia to be about .25 ppm. I was wondering if I could use a water conditioner like Seachem Prime to detoxify the ammonia. If I did this, would I have problems with my water? And if that is the case, should I just add on a DI unit?

I would agree with adding the DI part. I have a RO/DI unit and dont have any ammonia.
