how can i ontrol my filters flow. it is already on the lowest setting but is still a bit to strong?it is an aquaclear 20 on a 10 g tank.

What kind of fish do you have that they can't take 33 GPH in a 10 gallon tank? What problem specifically are you seeing? For most situations, you wouldn't want it any lower.
If you're trying to raise baby fish, you need to switch to an air powered filter instead of a HOB style.
