Does anyone know when I should take my fry out of my main tank? The biggest ones are probably 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch long

When the tank gets crowded.

Let them become free food for the other fish. Convicts breed so much that I let my other fish eat them. Occasionally one or two survive. Survival of the fittest
