Copperband butterfly sick

I recently got this copperband, was eating fine and everything until a couple if days ago he stopped eating and now has white looking dots on his fins. I have two clowns in the tank with, parameters are all good, clowns doing great, afraid he might have ich, can't tell any info would be appreciated

Based on your profile you have a 60 gallon tank. That is far too small for that fish. Minimum 125 gallon. Take it back.
