I'm thinking, and almost dead lobophyllia. How big are the polyps?

Hi Mr X

The largest is almost 2"

I found it whilst digging through the live rock tub at my lfs. The polyps have trebled in size after a week in my tank

Yes, it can be brought back. As long as there is flesh, there is a chance. They must have thought they killed it, and tossed it in the LR tub. Take a look at it at night and if you see any tentacles coming out, try to feed it some small pieces of meaty foods.

I've not seen any tentacles. In the night they have this neon fluorescent stripes that glow.
