First three pics are aptasia. The last few not sure. Google aptasia not something you want in the tank can spread pretty fast and will sting any corals you have. Aptasia x is a good spot killer for them.

Can I keep them until I plan on getting corals? And will my dwarf puffer eat them?

The puffer won't eat them. As far as I konw peppermint shrimp will eat them when they are small but even that is a hit or miss. Best bet is to nuke them with aptasia x. I have used it and it works great. No problems. :)

It is also a hit or miss with any puffer + coral combo. Even if there is success, its unclear how long it will past.

Don't clown fish and dwarf blue legged hermit crabs like aiptasia?

I'm thinkin about dividing my 55 gal at 7-10 gals for my puffer or getting a 10 gal tank just for him. That way I can do corals and when they get big then I can undivide the tank.

Nothing like aptasia it stings and kills. I think 10 gallons is a wee but small for a puffer.

+1
The puffer cant stay in the 10g too long without frequent water changes.

Even a dwarf puffer that's 2 inches? And I will have a divider in my 56 gal...

A divider in the DT might be easier. You are looking at least 50% water change once weekly, maybe more depending on water parameters.
