Is there any corals that can go with a dogface puffer(MED) and a greenbird wrasse also a dwarf lion.Something that they wont eat

No corals. Anemones if you have enough lighting.

what kind of anemones would you suggest.someone told me the dogface would eat the tenicles of the anemones

I would not try any inverts in a tank with a puffer. They are best kept in a FOWLR tank. LA says that the dog face puffer will eat inverts.

At best you can experiment with certain noxious soft corals such as Sarcophyton, Lobophytum, and Sinularia. Other corals to attempt would be Turbinaria, Zoanthus/Palythoa, and possibly Fungia. I'd go with the noxious first if you are willing and have the proper lighting.
