I have dead corals with limestone rocks and beach sand in a malawi cichlid tank. Over the years the corals have turned green and black and no matter how I scrub they dont come off. Is that stuff algae? or some chemical reaction that has discolored my corals? I really want to keep the corals but they look ugly now. Plse advise anyone! Thx!
