Cost of a gourami

When I went to the pet store, the powdered blue dwarf gouramis were $12.97 (approx). Is that a reasonable price for one of these fish? I don't know, since I've never had one! Please, any feedback is appreciated.

The powder blue DG's at my local petco are right around $6 and petsmart are on sale for $4 and change ... $13 seems high too me

My good LFS has a relatively high price on these at 7 dollars. I have seen them cheaper at petsmart. 13 seems pretty unreasonable.

In Australia it's almost a good deal, from what I've seen..

All depends on supply and demand. I don't see a lot of DGs in my local stores.
